What you'll do
- Support bookkeeping, invoice tracking, expense documentation and vendor records.
- Assist with data entry, reconciliation support and financial-report preparation.
- Help maintain organised digital records and payment documentation.
- Support accounting workflows for partnerships, subscriptions, campaigns and operational expenses.
- Assist with GST-related document organisation and finance-team coordination, as appropriate.
- Prepare basic weekly or monthly trackers for management review.
- Identify missing documents, duplicate entries and record-quality issues.

What we're looking for
You'll thrive here if you
- Are pursuing or have completed studies in accounting, commerce, finance or business administration.
- Are detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and records.
- Have working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understand basic bookkeeping principles.
- Value confidentiality, accuracy and timely follow-up.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Busy or similar tools.
- Basic awareness of GST documentation and invoicing.
- Prior accounting, finance, audit or operations internship exposure.
